COVID affecting site types
COVID has affected the types of sites that we can offer the taxpayer. Campbell will be only booking scan appointments for the month of February, in the hopes that they can offer less restrictive taxpayer interactions starting in March; however, this decision is dependent on COVID status of Lane County.
Making an Appointment for Spanish Speakers:
English: If you only speak Spanish and plan to call the help desk to schedule a tax appointment, please have someone with you when you place the call who does speak English
